Terms and Conditions – Be Relentless LLC (Relentless Soccer)

By accessing, purchasing from, or using any product, program, or service offered by Be Relentless LLC (“Relentless Soccer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the Relentless Soccer app, websites, and related communication channels (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at any time for misuse or violations.

 

2. Consent to Contact

By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive service messages, training reminders, promotions, and updates related to your use of the Services.

3. Personal Use and Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share accounts, copy or distribute content, upload harmful or unlawful material, attempt to reverse engineer any part of the Services, or use the Services in a way that creates risk of harm or legal liability. We may remove content or restrict features to protect users and the platform.

 

4. Training Programs and Safety

Participation in training, workouts, and exercises provided through Relentless Soccer is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment, using proper equipment, and consulting a medical professional if you have health concerns. Parents or guardians must supervise minors and ensure programs are appropriate. By using the Services, you assume all risks related to training and release Relentless Soccer from claims to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some Services, including the Relentless Soccer app and Relentless Athlete Program tiers, require a subscription fee. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Trial access, if offered, converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All sales are final once access is granted except where required by law. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method for all fees and taxes.

 

6. Third-Party Platforms

If you register, book, or pay through a third-party platform, your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, pricing, or errors caused by third-party services. By using such platforms, you authorize us to share necessary information to operate those functions in line with our Privacy Policy.

 

7. Coach Access and Partnerships

From time to time, certain approved accounts may be granted access to create or manage training experiences within the Services. Access is by invitation or approval only, may be revoked at any time, and may be subject to additional guidelines or agreements. Approved coaches or partners must follow all safety and content rules and are responsible for the accuracy of training activities they publish. Content uploaded may be used within the Services to support athlete development. Nothing in these Terms establishes employment or financial arrangements. Any specific commercial terms, if applicable, will be covered in a separate written agreement.

 

8. User Content

User Content includes drills, videos, images, comments, submissions, and feedback uploaded to the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Relentless Soccer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, adapt, and reproduce it solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights to share this content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others. We may remove or disable content that violates these Terms.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Services, including programs, videos, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned by Be Relentless LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission. If you believe your rights are being infringed, contact us at info@relentlesssoccer.training.

 

10. Privacy

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your information in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.

 

11. Service Changes

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, content, or pricing at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or factors outside our control. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or roadmap.

 

12. Health and Results Disclaimer

Training content is educational and designed for general fitness and skill development. Relentless Soccer does not provide medical advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relentless Soccer, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relentless Soccer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Relentless Soccer in the six months before the claim.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.

 

16. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations, safety concerns, non-payment, or legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Intellectual Property, Privacy, Payments, Indemnification, Limitations of Liability, and Governing Law, will remain in effect.

 

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Posting the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date on our site constitutes notice. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
